Rolling Stone Publishes Outrageous Pro-Communism Piece Aimed At Millennials

Rolling Stone magazine has published a pro-communism piece aimed at Millennials that is so unabashedly pro-socialism, it’s jaw dropping. Titled “Five Economic Reforms Millennials Should Be Fighting For” come 2014, it sets the stage for income-distribution protests like none other. Move over McDonald’s workers, Rolling Stone has bigger fish to fry.

Here’s the writer’s five demands:

1. “Guaranteed Work for Everybody” – Yes, exactly like it sounds: guaranteed jobs for all. Literally, that’s what the writer wants, like magic from the sky, saying “unemployment blows.”

2. “Social Security for All” – Brace yourself, people. Here’s the magazine writer’s logic: “A universal basic income, combined with a job guarantee and other social programs, could make participation in the labor force truly voluntary, thereby enabling people to get a life.”

3. “Take Back The Land” – What follows is one of the most asinine things ever printed in a magazine:

“Ever noticed how much landlords blow? They don’t really do anything to earn their money. They just claim ownership of buildings and charge people who actually work for a living the majority of our incomes for the privilege of staying in boxes that these owners often didn’t build and rarely if ever improve.”

The proposed solution? It gets worse; really, really just awful, folks: “In any case, we have to stop letting rich people pretend they privately own what nature provided everyone.”

4. “Make Everything Owned by Everybody” – no surprise at this point, right? “Think of it like a big investment fund that buys up assets from the private sector and pays dividends to all permanent U.S. residents in the form of a universal basic income,” says our esteemed author, who apparently needs to read up on how well communism has worked out for everyone who has tried it.

5. “A Public Bank in Every State” – here’s the grand finale.

“You know what else really blows? Wall Street,” the writer complains. “Let’s try to change that by allowing state governments into the banking game.” Yeah, because whenever the government runs things it works out so much better, right? Been to the DMV lately, pal?

Lest you think this idiotic piece has no teeth, it was published Jan. 3 and already has about 23,000 LIKES on Facebook.

This is the unfortunate, awful mindset of far too many kids graduating from college today. The me-me-me, life’s not fair, rich people suck, take the easy road, hand me life on a silver platter generation. That Obamacare pajama boy everyone made fun of this Christmas? He’d LOVE this article, agree with it completely.

It’s not looking good, folks. We’re slouching toward socialism, and the colleges we send our kids to reinforce these ideals and turn young people into voting Democrats.
