Actor Calls Obama ‘Our Lord and Savior’ at BET Awards (VIDEO)

It’s hard to believe anyone could idolize Barack Obama. But actor Jamie Foxx did just that during his recent appearance at the BET Awards. Foxx took the stage and said: “First of all, give an honor to God and our lord and savior Barack Obama. Barack Obama.”

Obama is the leader, not so much of a political party, but of a personality cult.

What’s even worse than the actor’s statement is the positive reaction of the crowd. Do you want to feel sick about the state of our society? Do you want to feel ashamed about the condition of our country? Then I have a suggestion for you. Simply watch the video below and listen to the cheers of Obama’s worshipful masses:

Just recently, The College Fix reported on a Florida professor who wrote a book praising “Apostle Barack,” and comparing Obama to Jesus. So the messianic language directed toward Obama is not unique to BET Awards shows.

But let me tell you something: If Obama is Lord and Savior, then we’re all damned.

UPDATE: After news of this story broke on The Drudge Report, the original video clip on VIMEO was deleted from the web. Luckily, someone else copied it to YouTube. We have replaced the original clip with the YouTube version above. We will keep you posted…
