Ellie Potter is a reporter for S&P Global Market Intelligence. A 2016 spring College Fix journalism fellow, Ellie worked at Real Clear Politics. She graduated from the University of Richmond, where she majored in journalism. She has also interned at the Washington Examiner and WTVR CBS 6 in Richmond, as well as at Richmond Magazine. On campus she served as the Online Lead Writer for Forum Magazine and wrote for the school paper, The Collegian. During the summer of 2016 she interned at Transitions Online as an editorial assistant in Prague, Czech Republic. She previously worked at The Dickinson Press in western North Dakota, covering local government, healthcare and K-12 education, and The Daily News-Record in Harrisonburg, Virginia, covering politics, local government and schools.
