Harvard Accepts Fewer Applicants Than Ever Before

In what is becoming a yearly tradition for the nation’s most prestigious Ivy League school, Harvard announced Friday that it would admit just 5.9% of students who applied, a record low. The Harvard Crimson reported that the racial makeup of the class of 2016 was similar to previous years.

Other Ivy League schools, including Yale and Princeton, have also accepted fewer students this year.
