Stanford Grad is New CEO of Yahoo (VIDEO)

The troubled search engine giant, Yahoo, has selected Google executive Marissa Mayer as its new CEO. Mayer will be the company’s fourth CEO in less than a year. Let’s hope she has more success than her three predecessors.

Mayer is a graduate of Stanford University and has worked at Google for more than a dozen years. (She was the company’s 20th employee, and was its first female software engineer.)

To get a glimpse of Yahoo’s new chief, check out the video below, which features part of a lecture she gave at Stanford in 2006 entitled, “Creativity Loves Constraint.”
