Charles Rollet is a reporter for IPVM, an independent video surveillance information source. A 2013 summer College Fix journalism fellow, Charles worked at The Daily Caller. He is a graduate of Northwestern University. He was an Overseas Press Club Scholar at NYU’s School of Journalism. His previous editorial experience includes serving as editor-in-chief for the Northwestern Chronicle. His work has appeared in Wired, the Phnom Penh Post, Foreign Policy Magazine, and Global Finance, among others.
