Cole Carnick is deputy speechwriter for the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. A summer 2018 College Fix fellow, he worked at The Washington Examiner. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he served as editor-in-chief of the campus publication The Michigan Review. He previously worked for Spectator USA and as an associate editor at The Washington Free Beacon.
