Derek Draplin is the Colorado News Editor for The Center Square and the weekend editor for The Daily Caller. A 2015 spring College Fix journalism fellow, Derek worked at The Detroit News. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He previously served as a producer for the Forbes Opinion channel, a correspondent for Michigan Capital Confidential and an associate editor at The Daily Caller. His previous editorial experience includes serving as editor-in-chief and publisher of The Michigan Review.
