Florida Senator Mark Rubio gave a stirring speech this week about America’s duty to support liberty in the troubled nations of Cuba and Venezuela. A great reminder that those living under oppressive regimes depend on our support as they fight for their freedom. It’s a speech every American should watch and listen to:
