Luke Howells attends Cerro Coso Community College studying law, public policy, and paralegal studies. He serves as a Student Government Senator and represents students across the college’s multi‑campus district. Luke is also a district captain and grassroots organizer with Convention of States Action, a certified Constitution Coach with Patriot Academy, and a former chapter secretary for Turning Point USA. He has supported civic education initiatives, facilitated state‑level advocacy efforts, and earned three separate Presidential recognitions for leadership and service.
