The U.S. media … going easy on Trump?
The UCLA law professor emeritus who earlier this year said the “only hope” for the U.S. democracy was a military coup now claims his friend in British intel asked why U.S. media won’t cover Donald Trump’s “life-long pedophilia.”
Peter Arenella eventually apologized for his “coup” comments; however, early Friday he raised the pedophilia issue after an alleged conversation with a “life-long British friend who is in the upper hierarchy of their intelligent service.”
Arenella paraphrased his friend thusly: “Peter, I can’t understand why your national media failed to report what most NATO countries and Israel have known for over a decade: Compelling evidence that Putin’s KBG [sic] secured compromat information of Trump’s life long pedophilia.
“It has become apparent to all of us that your national media lack the will to investigate because of the oligarchs who control them. Yet, the fact that the Wall Street Journal has now published information that its editors were well aware of years ago suggests that your oligarchs have decided Trump has outlived his usefulness so they are pushing him out the door so Vance can take over.”
The friend goes on to say this was the plan “all along” due to Trump’s “severe cognitive decline” and “lack of any impulse control.”
Arenella concluded the thread on X by saying “Nothing new here from him except his surprise that our national media has failed us so badly.”
After the first assassination attempt on Trump last summer, Arenella worried the “iconic picture of [him] raising his fist in defiance with our flag waving behind him will lead to his election and the loss of our democracy.”
He also said his first instinct was to think Trump had staged the whole thing, but admitted he had no “factual basis” to substantiate such.
