Donovan G. Newkirk is a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. A fall 2020 College Fix journalism fellow, Donovan worked at RealClearPolitics. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he studied political science. Donovan earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He previously served as a Scholars Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of Commissioner Hester M. Peirce and is the author of The War on Terror: How Lawyers Have Kept America Safe.
